Allspeed Engineering was founded in 1990 by Rob Hall with a business background in special purpose machinery design and build, after working in this industry for several years and achieving a degree in mechanical engineering in the late 80's, pushing forward with Allspeed Engineering was the next logical step for the 90's.
The business grew providing engineering solutions to automotive, aerospace, food and packaging industries servicing such as Ford, Rover, Vauxhall, British Aerospace and Rolls Royce aero
Keen to develop oe products, Allspeed have designed and developed the now world renowned Rotalite rotating transfer platform, and with a keen interest in motorsport ( especially rallying ) and rallying the much loved classic m>ni, Robs instict to 'improve' spawned engineering solutions to the m>nis weak links to develop subframes to enable the fitment of more modern and reliable powerplants. The products proved so popular that a market grew very quickly for m>ni conversion parts, so a department in Allspeed Engineering was set up to cope with this market, demand for classic m>ni conversion parts is ever strong with subframes for different powerplants being developed over the years to suit varying customer tastes.
Robs own rally m>ni has always been at the forefront of mini development with the current evolution being a front engined rear wheel drive 270 bhp tarmac eater, arguably the fastest alround m>ni in the world !
Allspeed Engineering Ltd. continues to be the number 1 choice for the right engineering solution !
